1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to the Mukazanzi Community Forums (the "Forums", "Platform", "Community", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or posting content on these Forums, or linking your Discord/FiveM credentials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and associated services.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all actions taken through your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (passwords, two-factor authentication, linked Discord/Steam tokens).
One Account Policy: Each user is permitted only one (1) forum account. Creating alternate ("alt") accounts to bypass mutes, bans, warning limits, or to manipulate reactions/polls will result in a permanent ban across all associated accounts and IPs.

2. Community Code of Conduct & Posting Rules

We strive to maintain a respectful, constructive, and enjoyable environment for all members.

2.1 Prohibited Content

You agree that you will NOT post, link, upload, or private-message:

Hate Speech & Discrimination: Any content promoting racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or religious discrimination.
Harassment & Toxicity: Personal attacks, bullying, death threats, blackmail, stalking, or targeted witch-hunting of community members or staff.
Doxxing & Privacy Violations: Sharing personal, identifiable real-life information (names, photos, addresses, IP addresses, social media profiles, private DMs) without explicit written consent.
NSFW & Explicit Material: Pornography, sexually suggestive images/links, extreme violence, gore, or illegal material.
Cheats, Exploits & Malicious Software: Promoting, sharing, selling, or discussing cheats, mod menus, injectors, server crashers, exploit scripts, or malware.
Spam & Flooding: Excessive bumping, double-posting, unsolicited advertising/affiliate links, chain letters, or incoherent automated messages.

2.2 In-Character (IC) vs. Out-of-Character (OOC)

Keep in-game roleplay grievances within the appropriate In-Character or Player Report sections.
Out-of-Character harassment or saltiness regarding In-Character events is strictly forbidden.
Do not use forum threads, profile comments, or private messages to harass players over roleplay scenarios.

3. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain ownership of original text, lore, faction concepts, and media you submit. However, by posting on Mukazanzi Forums, you grant Mukazanzi a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, index, format, and store your content across the Platform.
Modding & Development Releases: If you release FiveM scripts, mappings (MLO), vehicle models, or clothing packs, you must hold the legitimate rights or open-source permissions. Ripping, leaking, or distributing paid/encrypted assets (e.g., Tebex escrow bypasses, stolen assets) is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate global ban.
Avatars, Banners & Signatures: Profile assets must conform to community standards (no flashing seizure-inducing GIFs, no offensive imagery, no deceptive staff impersonation badges).

4. Virtual Goods, Tebex & Real-World Trading (RWT)

No Real-World Trading: Buying, selling, or trading in-game currency, items, faction slots, or player accounts for real-world currency outside official Mukazanzi Tebex webstores is strictly prohibited.
Voluntary Donations: All donations, supporter tiers, or VIP purchases made to support the server/community are voluntary and governed by our store checkout terms.
No Financial Claims: In-game assets, forum badges, or virtual ranks carry no cash value and can be adjusted, revoked, or wiped during server resets or disciplinary actions.

5. Moderation, Warnings & Banning Policy

Staff Discretion: Mukazanzi administrators and moderators reserve the right to edit, remove, close, or move any content, or suspend any user account at any time for reasons deemed necessary to protect community integrity.
Disciplinary Progression: Violation of forum rules may result in formal warnings, infraction points, temporary posting restrictions (Content Moderation Queue / Read-Only mode), or temporary/permanent account and IP bans.
Ban Appeals: If your account is banned, you may only contest the decision through the designated Ban Appeals forum section using the official template. Ban evasion by creating new accounts or using VPNs to circumvent restrictions will automatically void any right to appeal.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

By using the Forums, you acknowledge and agree that:

Account Logs: We log IP addresses, browser user-agents, device fingerprints, and timestamps upon registration, login, and posting for security, spam prevention, and ban enforcement purposes.
Discord Integration: If you sign in via Discord OAuth, we store your public Discord ID, username, and avatar to authenticate your session.
Private Messages: While PMs are private between participants, server administration reserve the right to review flagged messages if a serious violation of safety, rules, or law (e.g., threats, doxxing, harassment) is reported.

7. Third-Party Disclaimers (Rockstar Games, FiveM, Discord)

Independent Operation: Mukazanzi is a custom multiplayer roleplay community operating on the FiveM / Cfx.re modification framework.
No Affiliation: Mukazanzi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or Discord Inc.
All Grand Theft Auto trademarks, logos, and game assets are the intellectual property of Take-Two Interactive / Rockstar Games.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Forums and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Mukazanzi, its owners, developers, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, user conduct, or disciplinary actions.

9. Changes to Terms

Mukazanzi reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Announcements forum category or community Discord. Your continued use of the Forums constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
